Al Forno Catering was born from a lifelong passion for food, fire, and bringing people together. Our journey started in a small kitchen, where a love for cooking was first ignited. By the age of 18, that passion had led to a sous chef position at a renowned restaurant—where I first experienced the magic of a traditional forno oven. Determined to refine my craft, I pursued culinary training in Vancouver, BC, before heading to Switzerland to earn a hospitality and business degree. My journey continued in London, where I worked at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and throughout Europe, where I immersed myself in diverse culinary traditions for five years.
