Al Forno wasn't built in a boardroom β it was built around a flame. Chef Uttam Khangura fell in love with cooking long before he had the words for it. By 18, that love had already earned him a sous chef role, and his first encounter with a wood-fired forno oven changed the course of everything. What followed was years of chasing that feeling β training in Vancouver, studying hospitality in Switzerland, and refining his craft at the two-Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London. Five years across Europe. Countless kitchens. One obsession: the perfect pizza.
